Imperial 24541 Portable Winch 33" Overview

"IMPERIAL" PORTABLE WINCH Meets all DOT (Department of Transportation), CHP (California Highway Patrol), and CVSA (Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance) regulations. CHP rated at 12,000 lbs. * 4" wide weather-resistant polyester strap is terminated on one end with a 3" flat hook. The other end is open for feeding into a winch.
